- How Much Does Personal Training Cost?
At your Home, Condo / Apt Gym or Outdoor Location
- Our trainer comes to your home based gym or outdoor location.
- You specify the equipment you have available for use and we program accordingly.
- Includes 30 minutes roundtrip travel time.

Coach Kev’s Private Training Space
- This is as old school as it gets.
- There is no fancy equipment. We like tires and concrete.
- And we know you’ll just adore the DIY half rack and cable system.

- Do you have a gym?
We do not.
Coach Kev does offer limited use of his Private Training Space (affectionately known as RockVegas) to his clients for their Personal Training Sessions and pre-booked independent training.
- Which gyms do you work in?
The short answer is, we don’t.
Most commercial and small private boutique gyms have their own trainers on staff, and prohibit involvement from outside trainers and coaches.
However, if YOUR gym does allow outside trainers, we are more than happy to work with you there.
Please note that any “guest” fees your gym may charge for our attendance will be paid by you to your gym in advance, and all arrangements for our attendance will be made and confirmed by you.
- I’m a woman. Will weight training make me big and bulky?
Women who weight train will not build abnormally large amounts of muscle. This myth needs to be abolished.
Women cannot naturally produce testosterone, thus making it impossible to gain large amounts of muscle mass.
The female bodybuilders that other women identify weight training with, are often times taking steroids.
This allows them to change their bodies in ways that are abnormal.
A woman that weight trains without steroids will be able to shape her body and tone her muscles without gaining added “bulk”. The repeated load on the bones will strengthen them much more than running (popular amongst female athletes) as an example, because most of the actual movement pattern that occurs during running is in the air, where the only force acting on the body is gravity and air resistance.
A strength / weight training female will also strengthen her joints, ligaments and tendons, which will help to prevent injury later in life.
- Do I need to buy any equipment to train with you?
You do not need to buy any equipment.
We specialize in creating highly effective, time conscious programs that require no equipment at all, often called “bodyweight” exercises.
If you do have some bands for example or a small set of dumbbells, we will incorporate those items into your program.
You do NOT need a full scale gym to get in the best shape of your life.
