You can start with a basic monthly subscription that gets you immediate access to the Members Online Trainer Center as well as a 4 week custom program based on your goals, timelines and preferences provided during your New Client Onboarding.  

It includes 4 weekly 15 minute ZOOM Check-ins with your trainer, but what if you want more than 1 check-in per week?

You can do that. We have discounted addon packages to expand your basic subscription.

Maybe you’d like a LIVE 1 hour ZOOM session with your trainer every Wednesday at 7am.

How to get started with Online Personal Training

PERSONAL TRAINER 4 A BETTER NEW YOU 3

It starts the minute you commit to your success.

Choose the Online Personal Training package that suits your needs.

You will have instant access to the Training Center where you can begin your Onboarding questionnaires.

Then within an hour or two, your trainer will reach out to schedule a 1 hour Virtual Fitness Assessment via ZOOM.

You will be required to perform some basic exercises during this assessment so dress for training. An open area of 5′ x 8′ is ideal. If you’re unsure about space, don’t worry. We can do a quick ZOOM tour of your space and recommend camera placement etc.

Next, we build your custom program.

Regardless of your Subscription or Training Package, your assigned trainer designs a custom program based on your age; level of experience; health; physical limitations; equipment availability and your unique fitness goals.

Your custom program will be available to you for review typically within a few hours of completing your Virtual Assessment and onboarding questionnaires.

Private online coaching virtually guarantees your success.

Half hour and full hour Live ZOOM sessions are as close to your trainer being there as it gets!

We’ll be checking & correcting your form, tempo & monitoring RPE while cueing in real time, just as if we were standing there with you. 

We’ll also be there to motivate you; pushing you to hit that last rep…  always bringing you one step closer to your goals.

We keep you accountable.

We track and assess performance and progress across several KPIs.

Your workout data for example (reps & sets completed, load used and RPE) allows us to monitor and assess changes in strength, cardio capacity, mobility and program compliance.

Biofeedback gives us additional insight into your motivational state of mind and tells us if you actually even like the workouts. 

This allows us to modify exercises that are too easy or too difficult, identify potential problems plus keep you challenged, safe and looking forward to your next training session!
